According to car finance news today, Volkswagen cars will consume less fuel during 2010. The trail will be blazed by the Volkswagen Eos, the first petrol car to include BlueMotion technologies.
The new vehicle is already on sale, and features a highly efficient 1.4 litre engine . The car, which has been called ‘pioneering’ by VW, has a range of features to improve fuel economy. These include regenerative braking, start-stop and hill hold systems.
The largest carmaker in Europe recently announced new motor finance deals on models such as the Caddy Maxi Life, and campervans. VW successfully saw off a takeover by luxury car company Porsche earlier in the year. The company are now strongly poised to capitalise on their position during 2010.
