Irish car history check service

According to reports in the car finance news, Cartell.ie the only all-Irish Car History checking service will also offer buyers a vehicle history check on imports from the UK and Northern Ireland . The new service will give buyers reassurance and confidence about the vehicle that they are purchasing.

Jeff Aherne of Cartell.ie was reported as commenting: "In 2007 we imported 80,000 vehicles with some 60,000 originating from the UK and it is vital that those vehicle histories are checked. We’ve been offering an Irish service since 2006 but our new partnership with HPI, the UK’s leading Car History Checking company, means anyone interested in purchasing a car from Northern Ireland or Great Britain can now check its history through us."

Even if the car is on an Irish registration plate, Cartell can check previous history using the previous plate. Many cars have a hidden history, including outstanding vehicle finance and crashes.
