Green initiative from car manufacturer

Car company Fiat have launched a new initiative that will see a combined effort across the workforce to educate drivers and managers about Fiat’s range of low C02 vehicles .

The Fiat Group are targeting thousands of smaller scale companies that run company cars or vans . Adam Pumfrey, the fleet and remarketing director, reportedly commented: "Our aim is to establish a group of dealers that will employ dedicated people to focus on developing relationships with fleets in their local area."

Fiat have created a network of fleet specialists who will run corporate demonstrations, as well as being trained in car finance . The aim will be to engage with other companies to introduce vehicle finance options such as contract hire and contract purchase .
