Over 100 car finance experts throughout the UK have recently met to discuss the future of their industry.
The annual conference of employees from Close Motor Finance branches throughout the country aims to discuss the sales of cars in the UK and also prepare for the next year in the car finance world.
The Managing Director of Close Motor Finance, Janet Wilson, said: These conferences give us a real opportunity to look at the industry we work in, the state of the market and where we fit. Gathering together our branch managers and sales team is vitally important so that everyone is aware of where we are coming from as a company and the opportunities that exist to help us reach our targets.
Close have recently launched an ‘Ask for Finance’ campaign. The aim of this initiative is to make sure that all Close Motor Finance representatives ask dealers to ask their customers about finance, making sure that all customers are aware of the possibilities of car finance .
Janet Wilson continued: It is a simple message that we are hammering home. Industry statistics have shown that not enough customers are being asked about finance when buying a car. By making simple changes in the way we conduct our business we can make a real difference to the bottom line.
